ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
در ﺳﺎلﻫﺎی اﺧﻴﺮ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﻲ ﺑﺮ روی ﻧﺦﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﭙﻮزﻳﺖ ﻣﻐﺰیدار ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ روی ﻣﺎﺷﻴﻦﻫﺎی رﻳﺴﻨﺪﮔﻲ اﺻﻼح ﺷﺪه ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ا .ﺳﺖ در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺦﻫﺎی ﻣﻐﺰی دار ﺣﺎوی ﻓﻴﻼﻣﻨﺖ ﭘﻠﻲ ﭘﺮوﭘﻴﻠﻦ 70 دﺳﻲ ﺗﻜﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻐﺰی و اﻟﻴﺎف ﭘﻨﺒﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان روﻳﻪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ و از آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﺦ ﭘﻮد ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ . ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻧﺦﻫﺎ و ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻧﺦﻫﺎی 100٪ ﭘﻨﺒﻪ و ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺷﺪه از آنﻫﺎ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺷﺪ . ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺎب و ﻛﺸﻴﺪﮔﻲ اﻋﻤﺎﻟﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰء ﻣﻐﺰی ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ . در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻣﺎری ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
در ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﻧﺴﺎﺟﻲ، ﺑﺮای اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﻛﺸﺶ ﻧﺦ ا ، ز ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺠﻬﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲﮔﺮدد ﻛﻪ ﻋﻤﺪﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺠﻬﺎی ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ ﻧﻮع ﺳﻪ ﻏﻠﺘﻜﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ[1]. در ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻫﺎی ﻗﺒﻠﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ در ﻧﺨﻬﺎی رﻳﺴﻴﺪه ﺷﺪه از اﻟﻴﺎف ﻣﻨﻘﻄﻊ، اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﻛﺸﺶ ﻧﺦ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ، ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻳﺠﺎد ﻋﻴﻮب ﻇﺎﻫﺮی از ﻗﺒﻴﻞ ﺳﺎﻳﺶ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﭘﺮزﻳﻨﮕﻲ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ در ﺗﺎب و ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎن ﻧﺦ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻧﺎﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ در ﺟﺬب رﻧﮓ ﻣﻲﮔﺮدد[2,3]. ﻳﻜﻲ دﻳﮕﺮ از ﻣﺸﻜﻼت اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺠﻬﺎی ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ، ﻋﺪم دﻗﺖ در ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻳﻦ ﻛﺸﺶﺳﺠﻬﺎ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ دﻳﻨﺎﻣﻴﻜﻲ ﻣﻲ- ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ در اﻳﻦ زﻣﻴﻨﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ[4]. ﻫﺪف ﻣﺎ در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ اﺻﻄﻜﺎک ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﻤﺎس ﻧﺦ ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﺘﻜﻬﺎی ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺞ ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﺑﺘﺪا ﻛﺸﺶ ﻧﺦ در ﺣﺎﻟﺖ دﻳﻨﺎﻣﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻳﻚ ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺞ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ در ﺳﺮﻋﺘﻬﺎی ﺧﻄﻲ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺦ، اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه و ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻫﺮ ﻳﻚ ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺠﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻢ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺷﺪه- اﻧﺪ. ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺞ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﺬﻛﻮر ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ، ﻓﺮﻛﺎﻧﺴﻬﺎی ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﻧﺦ را ﺳﻨﺠﻴﺪه و ﻛﺸﺶ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ در ﻧﺦ
را اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﻣﻲﻧﻤﺎﻳﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ از ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺞ ﻏﻴﺮﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺧﻄﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﺻﻄﻜﺎک در ﻛﺸﺶﺳﻨﺠﻬﺎی ﺗﻤﺎﺳﻲ در ﺣﺪود (%5-15) ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ .

False Twister and its Effect on Yarn Quality

Abstract
 Despite of undesirable effects of roving machine on the quality of final yarn and also production costs, this operation cannot be omitted from the conventional yarn manufacturing process. This is because in order to produce good quality yarns, it is vital to process the roving in a drawing operation [1]. It is well known that, irregularity in roving leads to an increase in the level of faults in the final yarn. Yarn quality is affected by various parameters and devices such as false twister unit. Generally twist is inserted due to rotation of the flyer [2]. The amount of twist must not exceed certain value. To observe the amount of twist inserted photographs showing the insertion of twist were taken. These together with dynamic relationships were used to propose an optimum model for the false twister unit. During insertion of twist, the roving is subjected to forces and moments. In the proposed model, twist angle is calculated by evaluation of the above forces and moments. Furthermore, the effect of frictional properties of false twister can be optimized using different values of twist angle. By comparison of the data obtained using the mathematical relations, an indication of the frictional properties of flyer can be made. Results show that false twisters with long grooves not only increase twist value but also intensifies the irregularity of the roving. Twist value will be increased due to the enlargement of the angle between roving and vertical axis.

در اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺳﻪ ﻧﻮع ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺳﺎده ﺣﻠﻘﻮی ﭘﻮدی، ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎد ه از ﻧـﺦ ﻫـﺎﻳﻲ از ﺟـﻨﺲ ﭘﻨﺒـﻪ، ﭘﻨﺒﻪ- ﭘﻠﻲ اﺳﺘﺮ و ﭘﻨﺒﻪ - ﻧﺎﻳﻠﻮن ﺑﺮ روی ﻣﺎﺷﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻓﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﮔﺮدﺑﺎف ﻳﻜـﺮو ﺳـﻴﻠﻨﺪر ﺑﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﺷـﺪه و ﭘـﺲ از اﻧﺠـﺎم ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت ﺷ ﺴﺘﺸﻮ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻌﺪدی ﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﻣﻘﺎ وﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻳﺶ، ﭘﺮزدﻫﻲ، ﻣﻘﺎوﻣـﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑـﺮ ﭼـﺮوک، ﺟﺬب رﻃﻮﺑﺖ و ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺧﻮاص ﻛﺸﺸﻲ ﺑﺮ روی آﻧﻬﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از آن اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺮزدﻫﻲ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﭘﻨﺒﻪ- ﻧﺎﻳﻠﻮن ﻛﻤﺘﺮ از ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻮده اﻣﺎ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﭼ ﺮوک و ﺧﻮاص ﻛﺸﺸﻲ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﭘﻨﺒﻪ - ﭘﻠﻲاﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از ﭘﻨﺒﻪ - ﻧﺎﻳﻠﻮن ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ . ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ، ﺟﺬب رﻃﻮﺑﺖ در ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﭘﻨﺒﻪ - ﻧﺎﻳﻠﻮن و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺳﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﭘﻨﺒﻪ- ﭘﻠﻲاﺳﺘﺮ، ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار را در ﺑﻴﻦ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﻫﺎ دارا ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ .ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻨﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻓﻮق و در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ وﻳﮋﮔﻲ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻴﺎز ﭘﻮﺷﺎک ﻧﻈﺎﻣﻲ، (ﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﺟﺬب رﻃﻮﺑﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺐ، ﭘﺮزدﻫﻲ ﻛﻢ، اﻧﻌﻄﺎفﭘﺬﻳﺮی و...) ﻣﻲﺗﻮان اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎط ﻧﻤﻮد ﻛـﻪ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺎرﭼـﻪ ﭘﻨﺒـﻪ - ﻧـﺎﻳﻠﻮن در اﻳـﻦ ﻧـﻮع ﭘﻮﺷﺎک، ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دو ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ دﻳﮕﺮ ﻛﻪ در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﺑﺮﺗﺮی دارد .

در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺠﻤﻊ اﻟﻴﺎف ﻻﻳﻮﺳﻞ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻧﺦ رﻳﻨﮓ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.روش ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺠﻤﻊ اﻟﻴﺎف در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺗﺦ، ﭘﺮدازش ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ در اﻣﺮ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، دﻗﺖ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ از ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺑﺎرز اﻳﻦ روش اﺳﺖ. از ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺑﺎرز روش ﻣﻄﺮح ﺷﺪه در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺑﺮای ﻧﺨﻬﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از اﻟﻴﺎف ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻏﻴﺮ داﻳﺮه ای و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺷﺪه در ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎی رﻳﺴﻨﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ، ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺠﻤﻊ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﻧﺦ ﻧﺎﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺖ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻧﺦ ﺟﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ آراﻳﺶ اﻟﻴﺎف ﻧﺎﭼﻴﺰ اﺳﺖ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲ ﻳﺎﺑﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ، اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺠﻤﻊ، اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻧﻴﺮو ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ و ازدﻳﺎد ﻃﻮل ﺗﺎ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ و ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﭘﺮزﻳﻨﮕﻲ را ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد .

Effect of Abrasion Process on Bagging Behavior of Cotton Woven Fabrics

Abstract
 
Abrasion is the mechanical deterioration of fabric components by rubbing them against another surface. Abrasion
ultimately results in the loss of performance characteristics, such as strength, but it also affects the appearance of a fabric such as change in surface appearance, fading of color of the garment, failure of the seams of the garment. Bagging is a three-dimensional residual deformation, seen in used garments, which cause deterioration in the appearance of the garment. In this research, the influence of abrasion process as a process which affects the structural properties of fabrics on bagging fatigue of cotton woven fabrics in different weave patterns was evaluated. The method proposed by zhang was used for evaluation of bagging properties of samples. The bagging fatigue of fabrics was measured after 600 and 1600 abrasion cycles. The obtained results show that abrasion process and weave patterns had influence on bagging behavior of cotton woven fabrics.

Evaluating the Pull-Out Force of Pile Yarn in Terry Fabrics by Using Linear Regression

Abstract
 This investigation concerns the estimation of pull out force of loop pile of terry towels as a important parameter which could determine the quality and serviceability of terry towels, using multiple linear regression algorithm. The input parameters of regression models was count of pile yarn, count of weft yarn, weft density, and the kind of raw material of weft yarn. So, 24 terry woven fabrics with classical three-weft weaves were produced. Two separate model for prediction the pull out force of first and forth loop pile was fitted. The aim of this investigation was to find out how the level of pull out force, depends on the mentioned parameters. The obtained results showed that the count of pile yarn and count of weft yarn have more effect on pull out force of pile yarn respectively. Moreover, the average value of prediction error for first and forth loop pile was 17.19% and 15.46%.
