Abstract
 You may have heard of the term Ergonomics . This is sometimes referred to as human factors . Not everyone really understands what ergonomics is, what it does, or how it affects people. This leaflet will help to answer these questions and to explain how understanding ergonomics can improve health and safety in your workplace. It is aimed at anyone who has a duty to maintain and improve health and safety and who wants to gain insight into ergonomics. It gives some examples of ergonomics problems and simple, effective advice on what can be done to solve them. Ergonomics is a science concerned with the fit between people and their work. It puts people first, taking account of their capabilities and limitations . Ergonomics aims to make sure that tasks, equipment, information and the environment suit each worker. An understanding of ergonomics in your workplace can improve your daily work routine. It is possible to eliminate aches, pains, and stresses at work and improve job satisfaction. Ergonomic solutions can be simple and straightforward to make - even small changes such as altering the height of a chair can make a considerable difference. People working in such poor or substandard environment are prone to occupational diseases. This may be mainly due to the attempts made by the workers to fit the man to the job rather than to fit the job to the man . The demands of new technologies and growing economies have led to the globalization of manufacturing, assembly and service industries. The globalization of the workplace and the multi-national configuration of organizations have created an environment for personnel and managers of constant change within the area of occupational and
environmental health in which safety, human factors and ergonomics play vital roles. Ergonomists, Safety and Human Factors Specialists and Industrial Hygienists often find it difficult to stay abreast of current information needed to stay in the forefront of important workplace issues. The most critical areas of concern are: communication, understanding, cultural differences and educational level of the workforce.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
ﻣﻨﺴﻮﺟﺎتﻧﺒﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺳﻮزﻧﻲ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرتﮔﺴﺘﺮدهایدر ﺷﺎﺧﻪﻫﺎیﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻲ ﺑﻪﻛﺎر ﺑﺮده ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻧﺪ. اﻓـﺰاﻳﺶ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺴﻮﺟﺎت ﻧﺒﺎﻓﺘﻪ در ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ اﺗﻮﻣﺒﻴﻞﺳﺎزیﺑﻪدﻟﻴﻞ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی (ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﻋـﺎﻳﻖ ﺻـﻮﺗﻲ) در ﺳـﺎلﻫـﺎی اﺧﻴـﺮ ﭼﺸﻤﮕﻴﺮﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪی ﻛﺎردﻳﻨﮓ و ﺳﻮزنزﻧﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻧﻤﺪ ﻧﺒﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻣـﻮردﺑﺮرﺳـﻲ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﺛﺮﻫﺮﻛﺪاماز ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﺮروی ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ ﻣﻨﺴﻮج ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻧﻲ، آزﻣﻮنﻫـﺎی ﺑﻬﻴﻨـﻪﺳـﺎزی ﺑـﺎ روش ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪی ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه از ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ، ﺑﻬﺒﻮدﻣﻮﺛﺮیدرﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ ﻣﻨﺴﻮج ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ اﻳﺠﺎدﻣﻲﮔﺮدد.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
در ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻧﺦ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻐﺰیدار از ﻧﻮع ﻫﺎﻳﺸﺮﻳﻨﻚ ﻛﻪ دارای ﻣﻐﺰی ﭘﻠﻲاﺳﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ اﻧﻘﺒﺎض ﺣﺮارﺗﻲ ﺑﺎﻻ و روﻳﻪ اﻟﻴﺎف وﻳﺴﻜﻮز ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﺎب ﺑﺮ روی ﺧﻮاص ﻧﺦ ﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪی ﻣﺪﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.ﺧﻮاص اﺳﺘﺤﻜﺎم ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ، ازدﻳﺎد ﻃﻮل ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ و ﺟﻤﻊ ﺷﺪﮔﻲ در دو ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ ﺷﺪه و ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ ﻧﺸﺪه ﺣﺮارﺗﻲ مقایسه ﺷﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺧﻮاص ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ اﺳﺘﺤﻜﺎم ﺗﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺣﺪ ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ از ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺎب روی ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ و ﺑﻌﺪ از آن اﻓﺖ اﺳﺘﺤﻜﺎم ﺑﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﻲ آﻳﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ازدﻳﺎد ﻃﻮل ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪ ﭘﺎرﮔﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻗﺒﻞ از رﺳﻴﺪن ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﺗﺎب ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪ ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ و ﺳﭙﺲ دﭼﺎر اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻲ .ﺷﻮد ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ در اﺛﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎت ﺣﺮارﺗﻲ ﺑﺮ روی ﻧﺦ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻐﺰیدار ﺟﻤﻊ ﺷﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد ﻣﻲآﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ ﺟﻤﻊﺷﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﺎب ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﺪ .

Effect of Weft Insertion Method of Weaving Machinery on Fabric Properties Inequality in Width E. Mosaffa, M. Shanbeh, S. A., Hosseini
Abstract Nowadays technical fabrics are used in a wide range of applications like industry, transport, aviation and filtration. It is obvious that the properties of this kind of fabric in different parts have to be as much as possible the same. So the equal specification in width direction is totally important. As a result, in this paper we ve taken care of the inequality of some qualities such as air permeability, vapor permeability, breaking length and breaking strength; in width direction. It has to be mentioned that four kinds of shuttleless weaving machines were considered: airjet, waterjet, projectile and rapier. In the end, the obtained experiment data coefficient of variations compared. The results could be helpful to know which kind of shuttleless weaving machines would be better, with respect of the application.

ﭘﺪﻳﺪهی ﺧﻴﺲ( ﺗﺮ) ﺷﺪن (Wetting) و ﻧﻔﻮذﭘﺬﻳﺮی (Wicking) از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ در ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و ﻣﻴﺰانﭘﺨﺶ ﺷﺪن آب ﺑﺮ روی ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ، ﻣﻴﺰان رﻧﮓﭘﺬﻳﺮی و ﻧﻔﻮذ ﻣﻮاد ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻠﻲ و ﻧﻮع ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻣﻨﺴﻮﺟﺎت در زﻣﻴﻨﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﭘﻮﺷﺎک ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ . در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﻲ ﭼﻮن ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﭘﻮد، ﻃﺮح ﺑﺎﻓﺖ و ﺟﻨﺲ ﻧﺦ ﭘﻮد ﺑﺮ اﻳﻦ ﭘﺪﻳﺪه ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﭘﺮدازش ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮﮔﺬاری آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . ﻫﺎ اﺑﺘﺪا ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ، ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 27 ﻧﻮع ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻮد، اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ؛ ﺳﭙﺲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﺎﺗﻲ(ﺷﺴﺘﺸﻮی اوﻟﻴﻪ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﺧﺎم) ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﺷﺪه ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﺷﺪه ﻋﺒﺎرﺗﺴﺖ از ﻳﻚ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﻔﻮذﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﺳﺎده اﻓﻘﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻳﻚ ﻗﻄﺮه (ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻣﺤﺪود ) و ﻋﻜﺲ- ﺑﺮداری (ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮﺑﺮداری ﮔﺴﺴﺘﻪ) ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ 6/1 ﺛﺎﻧﻴﻪ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﻛﻞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 8 ﺛﺎﻧﻴﻪ؛ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﻴﺮی ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ ﺳﻄﺢ در ﺣﺎل ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﻣﺎﻳﻊ ﺑﺮ روی ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ در 6 ﻟﺤﻈﻪ ﻣﻌﻴﻦ، ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺠﻲ رﺳﻴﺪهاﻳﻢ ﻛﻪ ﮔﻮﻳﺎی اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﻠﺐ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ، ﺳﻪ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرِ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﭘﻮد، ﻃﺮح ﺑﺎﻓﺖ و ﺟﻨﺲ ﻧﺦ ﭘﻮد ﻗﻮﻳﺎً ﺑﺮ روی ﻣﻘﺪار و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻧﻔﻮذﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ؛ و ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﻲ ﭼﻮن ﺣﺠﻢ ﻛﻠﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﺬ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ در واﺣﺪ ﺳﻄﺢ، آزادی و ﻓﻀﺎی ﻛﺎﻓﻲ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﻣﻨﺴﻮج ﺑﺮای ﺟﺬب ﻣﺎﻳﻊ، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻜﻲ و ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﻟﻴﻒ، ﻧﺦ و ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ ﺑﺮای ﺟﺬب ﻣﺎﻳﻊ، ﺿﺨﺎﻣﺖ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ و ﻧﻴﺮوﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮلﻫﺎی ﻣﺎﻳﻊ و ﻣﻨﺴﻮج ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻠﻲ ﺟﺬب ﻣﺎﻳﻊ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ آن و ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺒﻊ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﻔﻮذﭘﺬﻳﺮی و ﮔﺴﺘﺮش ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺎﻳﻊ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ آن، ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ .

Effect of roller gauge of ring frame on bulkness of worsted grade wool yarn

Abstract
Generally, the bulk yarns of two components are produced on a common ring spinning machine and then bulked in a hot solution bath. In this research, attempt has been made to apply an unconventional draft system to improve the quality of worsted yarn of wholly wool. This new method can improve the bulkness and volume of yarns and fabrics made by them. General concept of this research is focused on uneven length distribution of wool fibers and the method of drafting them in roller drafting system. Modification of drafting system along with various roller gauges adjustments can produce a yarn with different physical and mechanical specifications. In this research we have used an ungrooved roller instead of grooved roller on top of middle roller of drafting system. Then, we have changed the distance between front and middle roller of different gauges to produce our samples. We have produced yarn samples with different gauges and then measured their strength, elongation, length and diameter at two stages of before relaxation and after wet relaxation. Finally, we concluded the optimum roller gauge adjustment in which the yarn physical and mechanical specifications are optimum.

در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ رﻓﺘﺎر ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎی اﺳﭙﻴﺴﺮ در ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻧﻴﺮوﻫﺎی ﺿﺮﺑﻪای در ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﺴﻮﺟﺎت در ﺻﻨﺎﻳﻊ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮن، ﻣﺪﻟﻲ ﺑﺮای ﭘﻴﺶﺑﻴﻨﻲ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﻲ ﺟﺬب ﻧﻴﺮوی ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﺿﺮﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﻳﻦ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺎﺻﻴﺖ ﻓﻨﺮی اﻳﻦ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎ، ﻣﺪل ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﻣﺘﺸﻜﻞ از ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪای ﺟﺮم و ﻓﻨﺮ ﺑﻪﻛﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻳﻚ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻓﻨﺮ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺮای اﻳﺠﺎد ﻣﻴﺮاﻳﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻓﻮق اﻓﺰوده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی رﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﻲ ﻣﺬﻛﻮر، ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﻪ دﻳﻔﺮاﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﺧﻄﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮاﻳﺐ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﺟﺮم (m)، ﺳﺨﺘﻲ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ (K) و ﻣﻴﺮاﻳﻲ (c)، ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺣﻞ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﻪ، ﺟﺎﺑﻪﺟﺎﻳﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺎﺑﻌﻲ از ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺘﺎً ﺑﺎ ﺑﻜﺎرﮔﻴﺮی ﻗﺎﻧﻮن دوم ﻧﻴﻮﺗﻦ، ﻧﻴﺮوی وارد ﺑﻪ ﺗﻜﻴﻪﮔﺎه ﺑﺮ اﺛﺮ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺿﺮﺑﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻻﻳﻪﻫﺎی اﺳﭙﻴﺴﺮ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﺎﺑﻌﻲ از زﻣﺎن، ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ .ﻣﺪل رﻳﺎﺿﻲ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺐ از ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻜﻲ واﻗﻌﻲ اﺳﺖ و ﻣﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺖ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ واﻗﻌﻲ ﺗﺎ اﻧﺪازهای ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت از ﭘﻴﺶﺑﻴﻨﻲای ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ از ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی ﺑﺪﺳﺖ ﻣﻲآﻳﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ، ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رﻓﺘﺎر واﻗﻌﻲ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ و ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ آن ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی، ﺑﺎ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺿﺮﺑﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻻﻳﻪﻫﺎی اﺳﭙﻴﺴﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪای، ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﻲ ﺟﺬب ﻧﻴﺮوی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺿﺮﺑﻪ در ﻃﻮل زﻣﺎن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎ ﺑﻪوﺳﻴﻠﻪ ﺳﻠﻮلﺑﺎر دﺳﺘﮕﺎه ﻃﺮاﺣﻲﺷﺪه، ﺛﺒﺖ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ و ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﺣﻞ ﻣﺪل ﭘﻴﺶﺑﻴﻨﻲ، ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻧﻤﻮدارﻫﺎی ﻧﻴﺮو - زﻣﺎن، ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی ﺳﺎزﮔﺎری ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﺧﻮﺑﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻤﻮدارﻫﺎی ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از آزﻣﺎﻳﺶﻫﺎی ﺿﺮﺑﻪ دارﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎی آﻣﺎری اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻴﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺌﻮری و ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﻳﺐ اﻃﻤﻴﻨﺎن 95% ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ .
