Abstract
In this study, variation of color coordinates of spun-dyed polyester filament yarns subjected to the false twist texturing process was investigated. Furthermore the effect of different processing parameters including D/Y ratio, twist, heater temperature, texturing speed , overfeed, draw ratio and intermingling process on the variation of color coordinates of textured yarns was studied. Finally the magnitude of color variation was analyzed with studying of the structure and crimp properties of yarns. Results showed that the nature of texturing and intermingling process had significant effect on color variation of yarns but different processing parameters had no significant effect. The level of these variations can be expressed with observing the fiber geometry change along the texturing process.

Effect of LED Light Sources on Color Properties of Objects

Abstract
 Recently LED light sources have become in considering the different industries. Due to the usage of these light sources it is of interest to investigate the color characteristics of them and their influence on the color appearance of the objects. In the present study, the spectral characteristics and color changes of objects under LED light sources in comparison to standard illuminants are concluded. To this end, two series of white LEDs were selected and the color inconstancies were computed for two sets of color samples included 1269 Munsell data set and a set of 547 dyed polyester fabric samples. The results showed that for Munsell chips, the warm series of white LED acts almost similar to A illuminant however it causes more color inconstancies for the textile samples. The other group of white LED gives the poorest color constancy results on both the Munsell and the textile samples in comparison to the other light sources. Therefore, it seems that for the industrial applications especially textile industry, LED light sources need to be modified.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺳﻌﻲ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮ از ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎی ﺗﻚ ﺟﺰﻳﻲ رﻧﮕﺰا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﻮﻳﺸﮕﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮﻗﺮاری ﻳﻚ راﺑﻄﻪ درﺳﺖ و ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ RGB و ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎ از ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻋﺼﺒﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از 7 ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻌﻤﺎریﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻘﺪار درﺻﺪ ﺧﻄﺎی ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻣﺘﺪاول ﺟﺬب ﺳﻨﺠﻲ و ﻃﻴﻒ ﺟﺬﺑﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ روش ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﺷﺪه دارای ﻣﻘﺪار ﺧﻄﺎی ﻛﻤﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ روش ﻣﺘﺪاول ﺟﺬبﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺎﻓﺘﺎر ﭘﺎرﭼﻪ در ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻـﻠﻪ از ﺳـﻨﺠﺶ رﻧـﮓ آن ﺗﻮﺳـﻂ اﺳـﻜﻨﺮ ﻣـﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌـﻪ و ﺑﺮرﺳـﻲ ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، اﺑﺘﺪا ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭼﺎرتﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﭼﺎرت ﻛﺪاک Q_60 در ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ ﺑﺮای اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی رﻧﮓ ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد آﻣـﺪن ﻣﻘـﺎدﻳﺮ اﺧـﺘﻼف رﻧـﮓ ﺑـﺎﻻﻳﻲ  ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻧﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ، ﭘﺎرﭼﻪﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎمﻫﺎی ﻳﻜﺴﺎن و ﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ (8 ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ ﻓﺎم)، ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ از آﻧﻬﺎ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ آﻣﻮزش و آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری، ﺑـﻴﻦﺑﺎﻓﺖﻫﺎ ﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ آﻣﻮزش و آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ اﺧﺘﻼف رﻧﮓ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ زدهﺷﺪه ﺑﻪوﺳﻴﻠﻪ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ در ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ رﻧﮓ واﻗﻌﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﭙﻜﺘﺮوﻓﺘﻮﻣﺘﺮ اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴـﺮی ﺷـﺪه اﺳـﺖ، اﻓـﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣـﻲ ﻳﺎﺑـﺪ و اﺧﺘﻼف ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ واﺑﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ. در ﻫﺮﺣﺎل ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻋﻤﻖ ﺑﻴﺘﻲ دادهﻫﺎی اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮیﺷﺪه ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﻜﻨﺮ، واﺑﺴـﺘﮕﻲ ﻣـﺬﻛﻮر ﺗـﺎ ﺣـﺪی ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﺪ .

در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ از دادهﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از دورﺑﻴﻦ دﻳﺠﻴﺘﺎل ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزی اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻃﻴﻔﻲ ﻳﻚ ﺳﺮی ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﺷﻔﺎف اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻳﻚ ﺟﻌﺒﻪ ﺗﺼﻮﻳﺮﺑﺮداری و ﻳﻚ ﭘﺎﻳﮕﺎه داده ﺣﺎوی اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻃﻴﻔﻲ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ ﺷﻔﺎف ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪهاﻧﺪ. از روشﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﺟﺰا اﺻﻠﻲ (PCA) و ﻣﺎﺗﺮﻳﺲ R ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزی اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻃﻴﻔﻲ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ از ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺘﮕﺎه RGB ﻳﻚ دورﺑﻴﻦ دﻳﺠﻴﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻮدن دادهﻫﺎی رﻧﮕﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮ از 3 از دو ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻧﻮری اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزی ﻣﻨﺤﻨﻲ- ﻫﺎی اﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ روش PCA دارای ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﻲ در ﺣﺎﻟﺘﻲ ﻛﻪ از ﺳﻪ ﺟﺰ اﺻﻠﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﻮد، ﻧﻤﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزی ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از 6 ﺟﺰ اﺻﻠﻲ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺑﻜﺎرﮔﻴﺮی روش ﻣﺎﺗﺮﻳﺲ R ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ روش از دﻗﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮی ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﺟﺬر ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺮﺑﻌﺎت ﺧﻄﺎ ﻣﺎﺑﻴﻦ ﻃﻴﻒ اﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﻲ ﺗﺨﻤﻴﻦ زده ﺷﺪه و اﺻﻠﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ روش PCA ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﺣﻘﻴﻘﺖ روش ﻣﺎﺗﺮﻳﺲ R دارای ﻗﺪرت ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻲ در ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزی ﻃﻴﻒ اﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﻲ در اﺑﺘﺪا و اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﻣﺤﺪوده ﻣﺮﺋﻲ اﺳﺖ در ﺻﻮرﺗﻲ ﻛﻪ روش ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ اﺟﺰا اﺻﻠﻲ دارای ﺿﻌﻒ ﻣﺤﺴﻮﺳﻲ در ﺑﺎزﺳﺎزی ﻃﻴﻒ اﻧﺘﻘﺎﻟﻲ در ﻃﻮل ﻣﻮجﻫﺎی ﻣﺬﻛﻮر ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ

Abstract
 Easy- care finishing of cotton cross- links the adjacent molecular chains in cellulose structure where wettability of finished cotton fabric is significantly reduced or it becomes unwettable. The residual catalyst content at the fiber surface and the cross- linked molecular structure both influence the fabric wettability. The finished cotton fabric would become unwettable following an after- wash treatment, resulting in reduced absorption of pigment paste in fibers. The type of catalyst used in easy- care finishing has direct influence on pigment printingy; generally it enhances the fabric wettability relative to the finished fabric that received a wash- off treatment. The catalyst content at the surface of fibers also affects color strength (K/ S value), and lateral spreading of aqueous print paste on the finished fabric.

Removal of chromium(VI) ion from aqueous solutions using acid modified rice husk

Abstract
Rice husk, an agricultural solid waste was used as sorbent for the removal of chromium(VI) from aqueous solution after modification with HCl. The results of the experiment showed that acid treatment of rice husk can improve the sorption efficiency considerably. Effects of pH, Contact time, initial Cr(VI) concentration, adsorbent dosage were studied. Removal of chromium ion was found as highly dependent on pH and initial concentration
of Cr(VI) solution. Sorption isotherm investigation showed that equilibrium sorption data were better represented by Freundlich model than the Langmuir model. Our finding in this paper has indicated that very low cost abundant material of rice husk modified with HCl can be effectively used for removal of Cr(VI) ion from effluents such as textile waste waters.
