Abstract Reflectance spectra of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fabrics, which were constructed by microfibers, are reduced by various pre and after treatment and liposomes-based dyeing. Alkali and plasma pretreatment on micro-polyester fabric has a low effect which reduces the reflectance very low. However, the liposomes-based dyeing and increasing the dye percentage shows the same results. Among these methods, the coated has the highest effects on the micro-polyester fabric. The coated samples have lower reflectance spectra in lower wavelengths of 500 nm and have higher in upper of 500 nm than the uncoated samples. However, coating the liposome dyeing procedure samples causes to reduce the reflectance spectra in all wavelengths.
